Help My Mind does not sell personal data. We apply technical and organizational security measures, and the Privacy Policy explains which data is processed, why and for how long. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD). For privacy questions, contact the team through the contact form.

How do I block or mute someone?

Blocking prevents the person from seeing your posts, interacting with them, following you or messaging you. Muting only hides that person’s posts and notifications from you, without them knowing. Both options are on the profile or in a content’s options. To undo them, go to Blocked users or Muted users in the side menu or in Settings and privacy > Moderation.
