Mindo
Mindo is the elephant who represents presence, emotional memory, and the care of someone who stays by our side. His many emotions remind us that every feeling can be acknowledged without judgment.

Emotional wellbeing is part of everyday life, yet many people still face their challenges in silence. Help My Mind began in 2017 with the recognition that digital spaces needed to be safer, more accessible and more human for people to share experiences and find peer support.
On platforms driven by exposure, comparison and endless consumption, being vulnerable can feel risky. We therefore created a social space that prioritizes privacy, belonging and respectful conversation, including free anonymous sharing.
Our work is centered on two objectives:
We believe respectful human connection can reduce isolation and help people feel heard.
Every part of the platform is designed to encourage:
Our purpose is to develop a global community built on active listening and mutual support. Help My Mind is exclusively a social network for connection and shared experiences; it does not provide health services or individual guidance.
Our mascots
Mindo and Anon make the experience feel more human and approachable, each expressing a pillar of the Help My Mind community.

Mindo is the elephant who represents presence, emotional memory, and the care of someone who stays by our side. His many emotions remind us that every feeling can be acknowledged without judgment.

Anon represents the freedom to arrive just as you are. His protected face expresses responsible anonymity: sharing vulnerabilities with greater privacy, safety, and respect.
In 2020, the concept began its transition into a product through a multidisciplinary team based in Rio de Janeiro.
We work to build a responsible, inclusive and sustainable platform by combining technology, safety and human-centered design.
