How do I report a post, comment, user or message?

Posts, comments, profiles, chat messages, professional reviews and communities have a Report option. Choose the reason and, if you like, describe the problem. The report is reviewed by moderation, which applies the measures set out in the rules. If you are in danger, do not wait for the review: contact emergency services or, in Brazil, CVV at 188.

How do moderation and reporting work?

Help My Mind combines automatic content review, human review and moderation within each community to identify and remove abusive or rule-breaking content. Depending on severity, measures include removing content, temporary restrictions on posting and commenting, community bans and account suspension.

Why can’t I post or comment right now?

If a temporary restriction has been applied to your account, the app shows a countdown until you can post and comment again. Posting may also be unavailable due to a temporary issue, because content was blocked by automatic review, or because the community requires a label or other posting requirements. If you think there has been a mistake, contact the team through support.

In the side menu, Help and support includes: contact the team, send feedback, report a problem, the h/bugs community to follow fixes and h/sugestoes to suggest new features. On the website, use the support form. Do not include health information, documents or passwords in your message.
